Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I understand that life happens, and I appreciate the same respect for my time that I strive to give yours.
* Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
* Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice and no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the reserved service.
* Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or have their service adjusted.
* Repeated last-minute cancellations may require a non-refundable booking fee or prepayment for future appointments.
If I ever need to reschedule your appointment, I’ll communicate as soon as possible and do my best to make it right.
